做法:

1、首先把猪肉冷水下锅,然后加入葱姜料酒,大火烧开转小火焯水5分钟左右,然后捞出再次清洗干净沥干水分即可;

7、然后加入没过肉块的清水,再把番茄加进去,大火烧开,转文火慢炖40分钟左右即可;

8、然后等肉块熟透之后,大火收汁,汤汁要留出少许,不要全部收干即可;
